Bloody Beach Drink
(sort of a bloody mary on steroids)
contributed by Harold & Debbie Seifert

Rim glass with fresh lime juice, then with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.

Squeeze one-sixth to one fourth of a lime into glass, more if you refer more tartness. We now use 1/2 of smaller limes in ours.

Sprinkle three or four drops of green jalapeno sauce (Panola or Cajun Chef works well), or your other favorite green chile sauce into the glass.
(We also use a drop or two of Yucateco haberno sauce.)

Add 1 or more shots of inexpensive vodka

Fill glass with Clamato, leaving room for your favorite garnish - celery stalk, pickled okra, pickled string bean, etc.

Stir and enjoy.
