Bloody Beach Drink |
Rim glass with fresh lime juice, then with Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.
Squeeze one-sixth to one fourth of a lime into glass, more if you refer more tartness. We now use 1/2 of smaller limes in ours.
Sprinkle three or four
drops of green jalapeno sauce (Panola or Cajun
Chef works well), or your other favorite green
chile sauce into the glass.  
Add 1 or more shots of inexpensive vodka
Fill glass with Clamato, leaving room for your favorite garnish - celery stalk, pickled okra, pickled string bean, etc.
Stir and enjoy. |
