| Climate Control - (501) 622-7009 - Located just east of Round About at the intersection of Highways 5 and 7. Climate Control came out on short notice to repair the Grant's air conditioning unit in July 2023. David was extremely satisfied with the response and the work. The same month they also serviced the AC on Kristi Patton's boat, which desparately needed Freon. |
| Phillip McClain - 501 837-5803 Jack of all trades... Phillip spends quite a bit of time on B Dock on weekends, & more frequently, he is around the marina during the week. Phillip has worked on many boats on B Dock, as well as the other docks at North Shores. He does minor electrical (both AC & DC), plumbing and remodeling work, repairs toilets and fiberglas, installs mini-split ACs, rooftop heat pumps and propane service for ranges, and does some engine work as well. |
