Phillip spends quite a bit of time on B Dock on weekends, & more frequently, he is around the marina during the week. Phillip has worked on many boats on B Dock, as well as the other docks at North Shores. He does minor electrical (both AC & DC), plumbing and remodeling work, replaces bilge pumps, repairs toilets and fiberglass, installs mini-split ACs, rooftop heat pumps and propane service for ranges, and does some engine work as well.

Many of us have used Scott Davis for engine and generator repair, and more recently, more mundane items such as minor plumbing and electrical repairs and installations. Scott lives just past Mt. Pine heading into Hot Springs, and frequently is available to come out when you have trouble, not days later.
